If you have access to Software Center (PC) or Self Service (Mac), search for Global Protect, click Install, and follow the instructions from there. Download this app from Microsoft Store for Windows 10, Windows 10 Mobile, HoloLens. The GlobalProtect Portal will appear in which you enter your email username (first initial last name) and the password is your email password. Typically an HSU user is not going to use Global Protect from their mobile phone. Search the app store for Global Protect, and install from there. The back-end setup of Global Protect may take several hours to complete once a request has been placed. Please submit a ticket if you wish to explore options other than a mobile phone app.
