To use the CXMB theme your PSP should be running a custom firmware with CXMB plugin installed on it. Custom CXMB (Custom XrossMediaBar) themes, on the other hand are cool, funky and pleasing to eyes, but you can’t use them straight away. However, most of these official themes are boring and are not much of an eye candy.
